Meetings of the Parish Council are held regularly at the BYPA Hall in Manor Lane. All villagers are welcome to attend. Every meeting includes a Public Participation section where you may express your ideas or concerns to the Council. The meetings commence at 8.00pm in the BYPA Hall, and there are normally eight such meetings a year. The Chair of the Parish Council is Kevin Barnes, and the Clerk is Liz Carmichael who is contactable via this websites Contact Us section (see a list of the current parish councillors at the bottom of this page).

The Agenda and subsequently the Minutes of meetings are posted on the Parish Council notice board (located outside the village shop), plus are also posted here on the Baydon village website.
Remember, the Parish Council exists to act on your behalf.
