Synopsis of my report for the fundraising for the school "Building for the Future" campaign

Launched in February the school remodelling plan evening was attended by over 70 people. The evening highlighted the actual plans of the project together with an explanation behind the reasons and need for the work which was followed by an outline of the fundraising which will require circa £50k to be raised by the time the project is completed.

With support from the Friends of Baydon School together with a successful Quiz Night and Car Wash plus a donation from the Governors Fund the money raised to date is in excess of £5,000.

The May Fair on Friday 1st May and the School Fete on Saturday 13th June are next on the fundraising campaign, these will be followed on Friday 3rd July by a Barn Dance.
