The meeting will be suspended to allow members of the public to speak to the Council. No decisions can be made by the Council during PQT. After this period the meeting will be resumed.

5.1 To consider the Parish Council’s comments on the following applications :
E/09/0551/FUL Finches Farm, Baydon. Conversion of garage attached to the Old Dairy to further accommodation. Addition of two small clay tiled timber canopies above front and side door of Old Dairy.
