5. SUSPENSION OF THE MEETING FOR PUBLIC QUESTION TIME
The meeting will be suspended to allow members of the public to speak to the Council. Please bear in mind that no decisions can be made by the Council during public question time.
After this period the meeting will be resumed.

6.1 To consider a response to the letter from Horsey Lightly Fynn regarding the proposal to divert the public right of way away from the front of Baydon House
6.2 To consider whether the proposed new development at Aldbourne Road, and the new section of footway along Aldbourne Road, should be lit by street lights
6.3 To consider supporting Charter88 and the Sustainable Communities Bill
