7.3         To consider Baydon Resource Group’s proposition regarding the land behind the BYPA Hall (ref. letter from BRG dated 28 March)

To consider the following correspondence received since the last meeting and to determine what, if any, action should be taken.

8.1         Kennet District Council, Consultation on possible new Conservation Areas and on existing Conservation Area Statements

8.2         Wiltshire Bobby Van, request for a donation

10.  SUSPENSION OF THE MEETING FOR PUBLIC QUESTION TIME

The meeting will be suspended to allow members of the public to speak to the Council. Please bear in mind that no decisions can be made by the Council during public question time.

After this period the meeting will be resumed.

 

11.  FINANCE

11.1     To note the following payments made between meetings :

11.2     To approve the following payments :

Cheque no 307, Mazars, Fees for 2005 External Audit             £164.50

Cheque no 308, Liz Knight, Clerk’s salary                               £344.65

 

11.3     To consider funding for a Police Information Box (ref. letter from Wiltshire Constabulary)

11.4     To consider renewing the Parish Council’s CPRE membership (subscription £26)

11.5     To discuss funding the legal costs associated with the transfer of the land behind the BYPA Hall

11.6     To discuss and agree the transfer of money from Lloyds TSB to the new RBS current account
